I started the morning taking pictures of flowers… then in my rush I deleted them. I end the day taking pictures of flowers and I am reminded why it good to just take your time and relax.

The future still to be typed…
The first 25 years of my existence there was this Underwood… and when I use one similar to it memories rush in. It’s nice to visit the golden days but the future is yet to be typed.

I never thought a two tone black/white typewriter would look so beautiful. This 1955 Underwood Quiet Tab Deluxe is ready for any party. Formal tux, black tie affairs… Trips to the zoo to hang with Penguins or Zebras…. like to think it is the typewriter of choice for the men in black.

Just passing time on my 1921 LC Smith and thinking of the 93 years it has been in use.
I always give a typewriter a second look…
My first impressions are often correct… but knowing I can be wrong I keep my mind open for changes in perspective. I find life more interesting that way.
Rainbow thoughts…
If gold is at the end of a rainbow… what is at its beginning? Do dreams start where rainbows first grow? Rainbows fill the sky and lift our spirits and our hopes. They are good things.
300 miles on the C-17 Brooks Cambium (rubber) Saddle
When the rubber meets the road… of something like that? At 300 miles the Brooks Cambium feels like it did at 12. Which is good and bad in its way. Right out of the box it felt like a leather brooks after several hundred miles; the leather gets better the more miles you put in. So far the Rubber stays the same.
