Just the music of the typewriter ” a capella…” which ran through my mind when I saw this 1936 Kappel V.A. portable.

I keep finding new areas of interest from reading and using old, (some would say) obsolete machines… go figure.

By the time I read issue three of Etcetera… I knew that I had to have my Remington art work… (type by numbers instead of paint).

All I know about ribbon tins is they stopped being used in the 1960’s…. I wanted to see if the ribbon inside was good; it was.

I love the look of “The Empire” and its fun.

You don’t often see wild turkey’s in a parking lot… let alone sitting on the hood of a car; life is full of unexpected wonder!

I type and it reminds me of just “nice”…

A computer is open to the world. A typed letter is open only to those holding the paper… unless you upload it.

I signed my Hermes 8 typewriter. Took its picture… then decided it had more value without the signature. So I removed it….
