All I know about ribbon tins is they stopped being used in the 1960’s…. I wanted to see if the ribbon inside was good; it was.
Thudden Silence… the Continental Silenta
… the lid had been put on wrong and prevented all movement of the keys. Bend the arms where they should have been… the lid above the keys and a working typewriter goes thudding along…
