When your expectations shift… sometimes the results are better than expected.

I like a good deal…some are like lemons and you can turn them into lemonade. Other deals are like a rotten apple and need to be tossed into the trash just moments before the garbage truck drives by. Sometimes a good deal is what you least expect… a sight you see in your car or a $4.99 typewriter or where a old movie leads you to.
We live in a time when other’s want to know what we think; but only if it is a yes/no answer. We agree with the question or we do not. My problem is often the question… I question the question and wonder how yes or no is a true answer!
After taking the survey I was asked to make a contribution… my ego is such that my insights and knowledge is a better contribution than money.
The best way to face fear… is to admit you have them. Its like going Lions, Tigers & Bears… (oh my) and you run into a cowardly lion. Which would not have happened if Dorothy had stayed out of the forest!
I looked back on my records and discovered that in November 2012 I paid $4.99 for this typewriter. Which still puts a grin on my face… near mint condition.
