When a typewriter reaches 100 plus years… the fact that it was a barebones (cheap) typewriter from day one. You must give it credit for a job well done. Types well… even if the feel is low end.

Sure is nice to have a typewriter over a century old and still be able to use it.
You bring back memories. Even though I lived in a different part of the country, we too used to race sticks down the sewers. Now I don’t know that any town still has storm sewer ditches, just a curb with drains along it.
