While at the library I came across the DVD set for “The Winds of War” a 1980″s mini-series based on the book by Herman Wouk. As I watched I decided to look up current info and discovered that Mr. Wouk is 100 years of age and had a new book published in January 2016 (Sailor and Fiddler…) which he claims to be his last work. Makes one want to keep typing…

I remember the Winds of War. I watched every segment. Later I got to watch reruns.
Ken Burns does a good job at all his documentaries I’ve seen. I watch some more than once.
