I’ve decided to re-locate 3 miles from my current home and discover they don’t deliver mail there!

Moving can be such fun! One time I moved from a small town to a small village basically across the creek from where I lived in town. Small town delivered mail. Village, almost as large as the small town, but their post office did not deliver. I had to pick my mail up at the post office. I worked out of town. Post office was only open 8 to 5 and Saturday morning.
It was much nicer when I moved to another state and chose to live in the country. Weird mail system also. I lived in an adjacent county to the post office and that was the one that delivered my mail.
Our world as simple as it seems can be quite complicated.
