Oh the fun of having to converse with some person in a far far away third word country for customer service in the USA. I solved that problem with my phone and changed carriers. Now I can stop by the store on my way from work should I have a problem. Amazing how stupid some customer service departments can be… my phone does not work so I will give you a call.
